Welcome to ComposeFlow. By accessing or using ComposeFlow’s services, software, or website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Description of Services

ComposeFlow provides tools and resources to assist developers in generating, customizing, and managing project codebases. This includes features for downloading Kotlin code, integrating Firebase backends, and other software development functionalities.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to distribute malicious or harmful code. You also agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access the source code of any part of the Services.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by ComposeFlow, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code templates (the "Content"), are the intellectual property of ComposeFlow or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute the Content without prior written permission, except as permitted by the features of the Services.

License to Use Generated Code

ComposeFlow grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the code generated through the Services for your personal or commercial projects. ComposeFlow does not claim ownership of the customizations or modifications you make to the generated code.

Fees and Payments

Certain features of the Services may require payment. By purchasing a subscription or any paid feature, you agree to pay all applicable fees. ComposeFlow reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time with prior notice.

Data Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ComposeFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ComposeFlow, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Modifications to the Terms

ComposeFlow reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on the website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

ComposeFlow may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration shall take place in Singapore, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
